Marketing blitz

· Open door policy – so people can come in whenever you can.
· Richa, Patricia, Alissa are going to be leading this thing.
· Patricia (Wednesday/Monday (1-3)/Friday (11:30-whenever).
· Varun commented on delivery before exams so we can have our minimum rights.
· Need a person by Nov 30. So, by Nov 15 we need everything signed.
· Take timetables – spread it across – timeline management.

ER – Event
· Putting up posters – AMS pays for it.
· Posters should be up by the weekend
· Mass email to our members – cc to CIA
· Change msn name
· Varun commented on putting stuff on International centre, development studies.

· Buy plain tshirts
· Signup tables
· Antina – said that she will email us all the information.

Events
· Prices for the event are set for $8 member, $10 non-member.
· Vakul and Mike are going to discuss the logistics.
