Where to go on Canada Day

Hey AIESEC Queens:

I thought some of you might be bored and don't know how to spend your Canada Day on July 1st. Well, here are two events happen in the East and the West On July 1st.

Western Canada Day Event: Copied from AIESEC UBC:

Celebrate CANADA day.. in Victoria!

Celebrate Canada Day Coastal STYLE in Victoria on July 1st!!

When: July 1st/06
Where: Victoria, baby!
Cost: Ferry ride ($9 both ways) and food

Eastern Canada Day Event: Canada Day in Ottawa


Like OQ, Ottawa has this tradition of hosting a big BBQ/beer party every July 1st becasue not only it happens to be Canada Day but also b/c on July 1st the new Canadian MC officially starts their time.

Two plus points:
1. Chance to meet our intern, Fernanda, who will be coming
2. If you wish to introduce your friends to AIESEC, this is a goodtime.....

Cost: 20 dollars
Time?? You better ask Varun cause I think the deadline has passed...

Stampede Roundup Event

Every year Calgary hosts this huge outdoor show called Stampede (Dah...) well, this year AIESEC Calgary is hosting this big events for AIESECers all over Canada. It will be extremely fun... From what I saw, they had worked very hard to make it happend so it will be worthwhile coming down here!
