Meeting Minutes

Marketing blitz

· Open door policy – so people can come in whenever you can.
· Richa, Patricia, Alissa are going to be leading this thing.
· Patricia (Wednesday/Monday (1-3)/Friday (11:30-whenever).
· Varun commented on delivery before exams so we can have our minimum rights.
· Need a person by Nov 30. So, by Nov 15 we need everything signed.
· Take timetables – spread it across – timeline management.

ER – Event
· Putting up posters – AMS pays for it.
· Posters should be up by the weekend
· Mass email to our members – cc to CIA
· Change msn name
· Varun commented on putting stuff on International centre, development studies.

Let's recruit!

Hey AIESEC Queen's:

So, this week is a remarkably busy week. On Tuesday and Thursday, we had our first two info sessions; on Tuesday and Wednesday we were presented in the club's fair! It is great to see so many people are interested in joining us this year, and we will promise to offer you guys the best AIESEC experience you will ever had...

EB meeting minutes will be posted shortly for last week. Next week there will be an international fair happen in Grant Hall again... we need volunteers for that.

Logistical Issues: EB Meetings Every Friday @ 5pm. Meeting minutes will be posted on the Queen’s Blog.

Summer Action Recap:

- NLDC: May 4 – 9th
- Partnership with QSB: Approved for one of CSR Outreach Activities (Contract is needed)
- Development Studies Partnership: (Shanghai Partnership, 1.5 credit granted for DV students who participated in GIP)
- BOA Selection: (Bob Scott, GA of Kingston Chamber of Commerce; International Centre)
- Summer HRDC funding: Two people were hired to do marketing calls. 16 Marketing calls were booked.
